We are really lucky to be just two minutes away from great river kayaking. We just go down the hill and launch and away we go. It has finally been such nice weather that we all went down to the dock while Joe took the younger two out. He had already completed two trips down a more advanced river with the older boys, but wanted to give the little ones a more tranquil ride (especially Ansel, who is infinitely more cautious than KK)

This is what I did while I waited..Ahhh relaxing and beautiful!
And they're back, no tumbles into the water, no bonks with the paddles...an overall success.
Ansel looks relieved to be on dry land once again
